Polycarbonate Dome Shells

GoX has developed a new process for Polycarbonate shells over steel frames. This is new and the intellectual property wholly owned by GoX.

While you can put polycarbonate over wood, because you can attach using screws or other methods directly to the wood, you cannot do this with steel struts (frames). The method we have developed adheres this without weakening the steel (which happens if you drill into the metal) in such a strong way, it can withstand enormous forces. Impervious to most weather (massive winds, hail, flying debris).

This process is hugely more advantageous than the traditional vinyl or other covers. Both for thermal regulation and because it is so tough that it is exceedingly hard to damage or get into.

We are new. Meaning, our process is manual and we have to figure out how to make it streamlined. For this reason it is very labor intensive and requires personal care and detail for every piece. Until we have funding or partnerships to lower the time and costs, pricing is based on retail of materials and the time intensive process for creating each triangle.
